Cozy Club FAQs
Do Cozy Moments expire?
- Cozy Moments expire 12 months after you earn them. We’ll send reminder emails before they expire so you have plenty of time to treat yourself.
Do I need an account to earn Cozy Moments?
- You’ll need a Fig & Fire account so we can track your Cozy Moments and keep your rewards in one cozy place.
What purchases earn Cozy Moments?
- Most product purchases earn Cozy Moments, including candles, scrubs, oils, and more. Redeeming gift cards, taxes, and shipping do not earn rewards.
Can I use more than one reward on a purchase?
- Only one Cozy Moments rewards voucher can be used per order. Rewards are applied at checkout and can’t be added to or adjusted on past orders once they’ve been placed.
Can I use rewards during sales?
- Any promotion that requires a discount code at checkout isn’t eligible for Cozy Moments vouchers, since only one code can be used per order.
How do I get points for reviews?
- You’ll earn Cozy Moments when you leave a verified review through our review email. Review links are sent a little while after your order is delivered. If you’d like to review a past purchase, reply to any Fig & Fire email and we’ll happily resend your review links.
Do I get points for purchasing gift cards?
- You’ll earn Cozy Moments on Fig & Fire gift cards you purchase, and those points will be added to the Cozy Club account associated with the email used at checkout.
Will I receive points when using a Fig & Fire gift card?
- Any amount paid with a Fig & Fire gift card will not earn additional Cozy Moments, since those Moments were earned when the gift card was originally purchased.
