Refund policy
Requests to Edit or Cancel Orders
Non-subscription orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, with a refund in the form of store credit. After 24 hours, the only edits allowed are shipping details. Orders cannot be canceled for any reason after they have been fulfilled. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to an order once submitted. Any orders that are refused upon arrival by the customer will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy for Subscription Orders
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time between charges. If you do not want to renew an upcoming subscription, you can cancel it prior to being charged. If you cancel after being charged, you will receive that subscription and all future orders will be canceled.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery and does not apply to wholesale orders, custom orders, or discounted items. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards and skincare items are non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase directly from Fig & Fire.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of store credit.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you from Fig & Fire, you may be eligible to return your item for store credit. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we cannot accept a return.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
