Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct and that the location accepts deliveries. If a package is returned due to either of these circumstances, shipping fees will need to be paid again to re-deliver the package. The order can also be canceled with a refund in the form of store credit, minus the cost of shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ownership of packages is turned over to the shipping carrier and transferred to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from the shipping carrier along with your order from us. Any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping carrier. Please contact them with your tracking information to inquire about next steps.
